As Group Sales Executive you are responsible for the sales process of all business group requests for the hotels in The Netherlands, excluding Amsterdam. You can quickly make clear offers according to the wishes of the client. You are responsible for the follow-up of your offers and the contract negotiations with the client. You are partly responsible to maximize the occupancy and revenue by striving after the highest possible conversion. You are able to build and maintain good relationships with your clients and ensure returning business. You are able to maintain a good relation and cooperation with internal departments and external organizations. An important aspect of your role is to maximize the profit by upsells and cross sells. You have strong communication skills and due to your knowledge of the NH Hotels in The Netherlands, your clients will have the faith and trust to keep booking their groups within the NH Hotel Group.

You are a very driven person. You have a commercial attitude and are able to persuade our clients to choose for the NH Hotel Group. You find it important to work on a high service level; you can advise our clients and provide them with a professional tailor-made proposal, which is according to their wishes. You have a strong personality, like to negotiate and feel responsible for optimally selling the NH Hotels in the cluster. You have great communication skills, are a team player and are flexible. Speaking different languages is also one of your talents. Experience in sales is considered as a plus.
